Our client, an international consultancy is trying to recruit people for the following positions:
Resident Engineer / Landscape Architect / Landscape Contract Manager
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should be a graduate in Landscape Architecture
And/or Landscape Management with 8-12 years experience in the same industry in the Arabian Gulf area.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Irrigation and Landscape section (I&LS), Landscape Contract Management Team including Horticulturists, Irrigation / Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects and the discipline inspector staff.
- Manage landscape construction, understanding and implementation of GSLW (General Specification for Landscape Works) supplementary documents and handing over the checklists.
- Updating of Landscape Asset Management System (LMS) as related to the contract areas through development and change.
- Planning and assistance in the privatization of the above works.
- Review and Management of specific procurement contracts.
Salary: Dhs 20,000-25,000 per month (all inclusive)
